New Parametrization Department

In accordance with our goal of improving the quality and efficiency of our boat production, we have established a new Parameterization Department. Its role is crucial in the entire production process. We would like the experience and practical knowledge of our best assemblers, within the framework of the standards established by our engineers, to be reflected in the assembling instruction of each boat. This will allow us to calculate the precise time of assembling, determine the crucial points of the process, inform the other teams of the best and most efficient manner of assembling a particular boat, but above all give us a basis for the complete digitalization of the production processes in the future. We aim to introduce a personalized workshop panel containing a list of instructions for every employee. The accumulation of such data in the new Department will result in a significant improvement in efficiency and quality of our production units.
